CRS Group has successfully delivered over 10 lakh sq ft of IT infrastructure in Gurgaon, leasing prime properties to esteemed MNCs like Reliance, Borosil, and Akasa Airways, among others.

Gokulam, spanning 10.4 acres in Sector 7, Sohna, is poised for the construction of residential apartments, with schools, hospitals, and major landmarks in close proximity. In the next phase, the group plans to build over 120 apartments.


Valencia, situated across 12 acres in Sector 73, Gurgaon, is strategically located amidst the premium enclave of the city, bordered by DLF Alameda on three sides. In the next phase, there are plans to construct over 450 apartments.
Notable achievements include a group housing society in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, and the development of over 850 apartments across 12 acres, featuring amenities such as a clubhouse and sports facilities. Currently, more than 800 apartments have been occupied.
